Our story is rooted in family and community. DC3 Property Managment, owned and operated by the Collier family, has been building and shaping neighborhoods in the greater St. Louis area since the 1970s. A third-generation home builder, Don Collier Ⅲ recognized the need for multi-family communities in rural areas. Don purchased his first property in Troy, MO in 2005, bringing his vision to life. Today, we proudly develop and manage communities across Lincoln, St. Charles, and Warren Counties.
